Returns and Refund Policy

How do I return my item/s for a refund?
- Please email support@proudphoenixclub.com where you can request a refund 14 days after the delivery day of your item. From this request approval, you have 14 days to get this item back to us.
- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition. If accepted, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your item. The cost of postage will be deducted from your refund total. Please note a refund can only be made to the payment method used to purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
- Please email support@proudphoenixclub.com with what size you received and what new size you would like. You can request a size swap up to 14 days after receiving your item. We can only swap sizes depending on stock. If we do not have your size in stock a refund can be issued. If we do you have your size it will be sent within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition. You will have to pay for postage back to us and we will pay for postage of the new item.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.


Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns. If you need a size swap you will have to pay the postage fee to get the product back to us. If you wish to have a refund, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund given the item is not worn, damaged or used in any way.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us at support@proudphoenixclub.com and we will solve this as quickly as possible. We may ask for evidence if the item is faulty or incorrect.
